Who we are
This website is run by Ultraglaze, 27 Hayes Chase, West Wickham, Kent BR4 0HU. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number 00015909956.
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at sales@ultraglaze.co.uk, call 0208 777 7070 or message us on WhatsApp on 07720 293377, or write to us at the address above.
What we collect
- Enquiries and quote requests: your name, phone number, email, postcode and the details you give us about your project.
- Drawings and photos: plans, drawings or photos you upload so we can quote or help with a problem.
- Callback requests: your name, phone number and preferred time.
- Design tools: if you send us a design from the 3D designer or glass visualiser, the options you chose are added to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange surveys, prepare quotes, carry out and guarantee your installation, and provide aftercare. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where you tick the consent box on a form, we also rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we will not send you marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when we need to, for example with:
- Google (Google Workspace), which delivers our website forms to us and stores enquiries and uploaded files in our Google account;
- our product suppliers and fabricators, where needed to manufacture your order;
- FENSA and guarantee insurers, to register your installation and issue certificates;
- our accountants and IT providers, under confidentiality agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't go ahead for up to 2 years. For customers, we keep your paperwork for up to 20 years. Our guarantees are typically 10 years but depend on the work, so this lets us honour guarantees, help with any future work on your home and meet legal and tax requirements.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, and keeps design details briefly while you move to the contact page. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D viewer loads a code library from jsDelivr. These services see your IP address when they deliver those files.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. This version was last updated in October 2026.
