Frequently asked questions
Can you work from architect's drawings?
Yes. Send them over and we'll recommend systems and give you a quote, then measure the finished openings on site before anything is ordered.
What's the difference between Cor Vision (InfiniGLIDE 3) and EdgeGLIDE+?
Cor Vision has a slimmer 20mm interlock, takes bigger and heavier panels and allows fixed panes, corners and pockets. EdgeGLIDE+ has a 35mm interlock and offers triple glazing and dual colours. See our sliding doors comparison.
Do you fit Cor Vision Plus or Pro?
We specialise in the standard Cor Vision system, which handles panels up to 2.5m wide and 3m tall.
Do you charge for a survey or quote?
No. Consultations, home surveys, 3D visualisations and quotes are all free, with no obligation.
Are your installations guaranteed?
Yes. Our installations typically come with a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee covering products and workmanship. The exact cover depends on the work and is set out in your paperwork. See Aftercare & guarantees.
