How do we create your door?

R9 Frame We use the Residence Collection outerframe to achieve an authentic timber appearance – featuring straight-line timber joints with no V-welds for a seamless, traditional finish.

Geo Bar Co For astragal bar designs, we cut and mitre each length of material to your exact pattern using a duplex unit, creating the authentic appearance of individual panes of glass.
Mid-Rail A mid-rail transom can be positioned at any height in the door. Available in variable thicknesses, it can accommodate any letterplate of your choice.
VBH Letterplate Our standard high-quality letterplate – available in various shades to ensure a perfect colour match to your door.
Regal Handle Our standard handle (unless specified otherwise) – choose lever/lever or our bespoke AV2 slam-shut lock with escutcheon for a truly authentic heritage appearance.
Flat Panel Fully customisable – select raised & grooved, flat, or shiplap panels to personalise your door exactly as you envision.
RD Trim Bespoke made-to-order RD Trim placed around the perimeter of the face glazing line to create unique timber moulding detail – truly one-of-a-kind.
Deep Bottom Rail A classic timber door feature – the deep bottom rail delivers timeless elegance and makes a lasting first impression.
Aluminium EX78 (Optional) Low-threshold option to keep the step as minimal as possible, reducing trip hazards while maintaining style and accessibility.
Decorative Drip Bar Bespoke thick drip bar, precision-manufactured to preserve the most traditional appearance possible.

Astragal or Georgian Detailing

Astragal bars are elegantly applied to the internal and external surfaces of the glazing, creating the authentic appearance of traditional multi-pane period windows.

These bars are fixed onto a single sealed glazing unit, artfully simulating the division of multiple smaller panes to deliver a timeless, classic aesthetic. For an even more refined heritage look, astragal bars are also available in a Georgian detail.
